Nelsonville
Approx. 30k sq/ft of space with an open layout is currently available and able to be subdivided into smaller areas. All spaces have access to loading docks and drive-in bay. This space is ideal for manufacturing and storage. Offices can also be built out.

Athens
Five offices available ranging from approximately 120-200 sq/ft each. Three large spaces ideal for storage or light manufacturing. The space also is conducive for retail space with one being located directly on the parking lot with a direct exterior door. Drive in bays in each space and access to 3-phase electric. Two of the spaces have offices adjacent. Spaces range from 600 sq/ft to 1200 sq/ft. Two of the spaces could be opened up to create a 1600+ sq/ft space. All spaces also have access to copier/fax, Internet access, conference rooms, mailroom, parking, and business support services.
